Expect a work out in our Adult Taekwondo classes! Your physical fitness will improve your endurance levels will increase and a noticeable change in your strength, balance and flexibility.
Our self-defence classes will give you the skills and ability to apply techniques in a potentially unsafe situation. You can expect to learn traditional techniques and their application in one class, practicing kicking drills and working up a sweat in your next. We create balance and variation of skills learnt in each session and ensure that no two classes are the same. This will surely keep you motivated!
